Acne anyone?!?!

Oh my goodness, this acne is out of control y’all! I had really bad pregnancy acne with my son and hoped I would skip it this time around. Woke up this morning looking like I’m 13 🤦🏼‍♀️ any magical tricks or fixes y’all have found help??

I have PCOS so very very prone to acne. For conceiving I had to get my hormones in check so I eliminated:
- eggs
- milk
- yogurts
- soy 
- edamame
- beans of all kinds (except string beans)
- lentils 
- chickpeas 
- sweet peas 
... most of this stuff acts like estrogen in your body and messes with estrogen.

I didn't have ance with my son and I do this time. I have been using a charcoal scrub. It has helped a little.

I️ started to get some bumps which is not normal for me. I’ve been diligent with my skincare regimen and for the most part I don’t do dairy
