I’m 39+2 weeks. I have no idea if I’m dilated or effaced (midwife won’t check till 40-41 weeks). I haven’t felt any contractions or BH. I feel like I’ve tried everything to get this baby girl moving along but she doesn’t want to budge. At least it feels like she’s lower than before. Is there anything that worked for any of you guys to kickstart labor, dilate you more, or anything?? It feels like she wants to come out (insane amount of pressure and pain)... but not even one contraction yet is discouraging.
