Removing Menstrual Cup

Hi everyone,

This is my first day with a menstrual cup. I had tried introducing it and removing it once before my period to test it out and though I struggled a bit to remove it, I survived!

However at work I tried feeling my cup to check everything was in place and I couldn't find the stem! Is it possible that it moved so much inside of me that the stem is sideways and not facing down? How can I remove it??
