C section scheduled for 40+4 ugh

Well just left the doctors office and I’m 39 weeks today. Been 1cm for 3 weeks, she could barely get my membranes stripped. Had a c section with my first born 6 years ago and because of the circumstances for the c section we decided the safest route was to do a repeat at 40w 4d because inducing would be dangerous. It’s not what I wanted to happen but they scheduled past my due date to hopefully give myself a chance to still try and labor naturally.
