I just got back my 18dpo hcg beta... And the nurse said that I have very good numbers!! So I thought immediately in twins. Had an IUI with 3 follies so its quite possible 
these are my results:
✅12dpo-124.2
✅15dpo- 713.7 (4 weeks)
✅18dpo- 2357.4 (4wk and a half)
✅25dpo 21, 568 (5wk and a half)
I know you can’t know for sure with betas, but just wondering, and just to see the odds!

I was 6 weeks 4 days when mine was drawn and it was 79,681. They told me on the phone before I had the blood draw that a normal level for being about 6 weeks could range anywhere from 4,000-140,000. I had an early dating scan the next day and found out we are having twins. It’s hard to go by the levels because it’s such a wide range for what’s normal. Good luck!

4 weeks 6days  mine was 3,454 then @ 5 weeks 8,693 it was a little less then 48 hours to be exact and the numbers were good so they just scheduled my US ☺️

Mine was 6830 but I’m 5 weeks ant 2 days so unsure if it’s twins or not
