Implantation? (9DPO)

I wonder if anyone can help/offer any advice. I was woken up in the night (Thursday night) by sharpish pains low down in abdomen to the left, almost like a pulling feeling from inside. I could pinpoint exactly where the ‘pain’ was. They lasted about 5 seconds, went away and then came back, this lasted about 5 minutes in total. They definitely didn’t feel the same as my normal AF cramps, usually af cramps are all across and gradually get worse. I’m 9DPO. I’ve also been experiencing some other symptoms during the 2WW (blocked stuffy nose, thrush(sorry tmi), back ache(which I don’t normally get until the day of af), achy hips and abdomen on and off, and some others). Could the pain be implantation pain? Has anyone else experienced this or similar around the time implantation would happen? Or experienced any of the other symptoms and then got a bfp? Thank you for reading x
