Smoking in the crowd of a concert?

So today I went to this rock concert to see my favorite band. Well before the main band came up on stage I was already pissed off because someone threw gum in my hair (it didn't sick just was so gross). But anyway back to the question, later in the concert there was this couple that was smoking a cigarette in the middle of the crowd. I personally hate that smell. And since everyone was cramped together it was worse. They weren't even paying attention to the band. Then some random girl asked to take a hit. They let her then I started coughing because it made it hard to breathe. I personally thought it was very disrespectful and inconsiderate. I couldn't even stand by because it just that by. Also if you're in the middle of a crowd in a rock concert you can bet you'll get push around or people jumping every where. She was holding the cigarette by her side not even being careful. So my question is basically the title. I know there a lot people who smoke weed too.
