babies kicking me or what?

so last night I started feeling this feeling down in my vag like they are kicking from the inside is this normal or should I be concerned, it kind of bugs me makes me feel like I need to pee. also last night after this I had a strong pain in my right side of my belly it felt like a Charlie horse, it hurt so bad I was in tears, but then it went away should I call my ob today I have an appointment next week and I don't want to bug them if it's not something bad
