Implantation Bleeding and mild pain while peeing?

Back story: yesterday I was having crazy aches and pains in my back around my kidney area making me think I had a kidney infection. After sitting down for about an hour and a half it went away for the most part so I didn’t go to urgent care

This morning I woke up and I’m having some mild pain while peeing making me think I have a slight UTI (you know the ones that go away within a day or so when you drink a lot of water?) but when I went to the bathroom for the third time after breakfast I had some very very slight pinkish discharge that (from this app, never experienced it myself) looks like implantation bleeding but I’m not sure.

I am asking if this is a common thing because I want to take an AZO pill to help with the urinary pain but if I might be pregnant I don’t know really what to do...

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I’m new to all of this 😳

Here is a picture of what I’m seeing. I’m not on my period nor am I spotting so I’m really confused 🙄
