Idk if the way I feel is commom. How do you feel about the changes to your body during pregnancy?

I’m at a difficult stage where my clothes don’t fit right and aren’t comfortable and I’m not comfortable in maternity, don’t look pregnant I just look fat.😂 I’m in a weird spot.

i had a tummy full of stretch marks with baby #1 and hated my body. Loved her but not how i looked. I snapped back after (weighed less than before i was pregnant) but i couldn't get over my stretch marks. Over time i got used to them though and my fiancé always reassures me so with this pregnancy i know I'll get more and I'm okay with that. It's ok as long as my babes are happy and healthy.

this is baby #2 for me and I'm almost 10 years older.  I am/was fully expecting this baby to finish ruining what baby #1 started but I am suprised I'm actually down 17-18 pounds, baby is growing perfect though. I have gestational diabetes so I am eating very controlled which I think is helping with my overall health during pregnancy. its pushing me towards eating more healthy and less of the "craved" foods. at 34 I feel almost as good as I did at 24 with baby #1. my stretch marks may get worse but I'm hoping my body bounces back just like I did with #1. I delivered my son at 210 pounds, 2 weeks later I was in my size 8 clothes at 170. A healthy weight for me is 160-170 (I'm very muscular). you can help control some of the overall changes during pregnancy, stay active, lots of water only, and get those veggies in! in the end there may be a lot of water retention but that goes away fast after baby is born.

It’s amazing to see what I’m capable of, and so far I haven’t gained any extra weight and my belly is big, I look like I’m hiding a balloon under my shirt. But I’m so paranoid about stretch marks and abdominal separation. I know I’ll regret having these concerns that when I have the baby I won’t care anymore but I can’t help but feel like I want to SnapBack and look like I did before.

I'm really surprised how positive I feel about it, I'm normally unhappy about changes to my body that aren't specifically to become healthier/fitter. Pregnancy isn't for me; it's for the kiddo. My little one is the only one I would consider doing something so effing difficult for.

I love my ba by and my bump but I lost alot of weight last 3 years and am used to the smaller size clothes but keep telling myself baby in October back at it start of November so

Definitely having mixed feelings! I love the fact that my body is able to grow and nurture my daughter, but it is difficult to watch my body change so much in such a short amount of time. I love the way my bump looks most days, but other times I just feel like a beach ball with legs 😅 Wouldn't trade it for the world though, knowing that I'll have my little girl in my arms this October makes it all worth it 😊💕
