OMG SOMEONE HELP

so i have recently been more stressed out then usual so i dont know if im over reacting ect :

but i got the implant inserted on friday and had sex the day my period ended on sunday ( 3 days later ). anyways so i had protected sex on sunday but the condom broke midway and we stopped about 5 minutes later and relised it broke , he didnt cum but im stressin about pre cum ect and the doctors orders were not to have unprotected sex untill youve had the implant inserted for 7+ days

so to summarise-

got period on thurday

got implant on friday

period ended sunday

had protected sex on sunday but condom broke he didnt come though

someone help my overreacting ass x
