Everyone saying it's not implantation bleeding. Not actually true. You first implant yes and then a couple days after HCG starts being produced, to which you get a positive pregnancy test. 
This "first" implantation bleeding can actually be left over and come away weeks later as dark brown. 
However, the embryo does actually burry itself even deeper into your uterus after the initial implantation, hence its pink/red fresh blood. 
Don't worry girl it's normal and your baby is getting stuck right in there xxx

I had that several times with my fourth pregnancy and was scared every time. Everything went great and baby was full term and healthy. Have already had it once, just like what you have there with my 5th pregnancy and I'm trying not to freak this round. Praying all is well for you and I feel like it is. By way I'm about 5 weeks too. If you know your 5 weeks pregnant and already got a positive test it's not implantation bleeding. Once implantation happens is when you start producing hcg to get a positive test.

could be implatation bleeding and you are just over 5 weeks pregnant congratulations on your pregnancy tbh i wouldn't have nothing to worry about its not bright red its light
