Early weight gain

Hello ladies how many of you gained weight really early in your pregnancy with your multiples? I found out I was pregnant last Wednesday and I’m six weeks today but within this week I have really started to show and can barely fit my jeans already. With my first pregnancy I didn’t get a bump until 6 months and only gained 8 pounds but this is one is completely different. Haven’t had my first scan yet and it’s not scheduled for another 2 weeks.Picture is at 5 weeks and 5 days
