FTM here

I’m 39 weeks today exactly and I be feeling really bad the past few days, nauseous, and cramps, a ton of pressure, and what I seems to me like constant lightning crotch, I don’t know what contractions actually feel like so I’m just going crazy, I have not lost my mucus plug, and baby is moving, I just don’t know when exactly to go to the hospital due to cramps ? Or should I just wait for things to get really painful ?
