Weight gain

Hello! I’m 20w3d today and I weighed in at 143 which is a 15lb weight gain. I see I should expect 1-2lbs per week from here out and I’m concerned that I gained too much. To be honest I was a bit of a pig in the first trimester. Little girl only wants me to eat bread and candy. I’ve been trying to control my cravings more and go for walks in the second trimester though. I’m wondering if people think this is too much of a gain so far, any tips on controlling my cravings and maybe some easy exercises to help with weight control.
