Prenatal while ttc?

Has anyone taken prenatal vitamins while ttc? If so what kind? Or should a regular multivitamin be good?

It needs to contain folic acid- at least 400mcg, and make sure there is not more than 100% of Vitamin A.

We’re both taking Pregnacare for conception. There’s his and hers vitamins in the box so we’re both in top top vitaminy shape 🙂💊

Both my OB and my PCP told me to switch to a prenatal while trying because of the folic acid. I  just use the Walmart brand of One-a-Day Prenatal.

a regular one is fine the gummies don't have iron but you should need iron until second trimester. unless Dr says other wise when becoming pregnant. they go down better but I find even the women's one a day gelcaps go down good too but its a must have for prepping the body before getting pregnant some women find it helps conceive. I've been on them for four yrs  because of actively trying they don't hurt a thing they help u get what's needed. nest of luck on your journey.
