Where can I buy premie clothing IN STORE?

My SIL is having her baby 4-6 weeks early currently. Developed severe preeclampsia. 
She doesn’t have clothes for a baby this small obviously & now she’s in the hospital until her baby is born!
So I told her I’d go buy clothes!
Where can I buy premie clothing IN STORE? 
I have no time for online shopping shopping, we go see her Tuesday ☹️

Carters. Walmart. Walmart carrier the brand Gerber. Their newborn is incrediblely small. They also sometimes have preemie in that brand as well.

Wal-Mart or target or carters. That’s where I got my sons! I wouldn’t stock up on too much preemie stuff though. Baby will be in the nicu and have to reach a certain weight to be able to hold his body temp before he wears clothes. (Idk if that’s for all nicu babies. My son was born 10 weeks early and by the time he could hold his own body temp and could be brought home he got into newborns pretty fast)

I didn’t buy a ton of preemie clothes bc within a 2-3 weeks my son was in newborn clothing.

you can buy preemie clothes at Wal-Mart! I'm not sure where you are or if you have a Wal-Mart near you but worth a shot! And the baby may be bigger than they think and they grow super fast I wouldn't go crazy and buy a whole bunch that may not get used!
