Have I ovulated yet?

Miscarriage happened late last month (30th) and hcg has returned to zero. I have been doing opks to see when I’ll ovulate and they have been all over the place! My temp has gone up and down as well for the last 4 days. FF said I ovulated on CD21 until my temp this morning went back down. Any thoughts??
