Your milk production naturally decreases throughout the day. You generally get the most milk between (I believe) 1-3am.

Totally normal. In the morning, I used to pump around 5-8 oz while at work. In the evenings, I would pump 4-6 with more effort involved. Same amount of time, different time of day.
