Opinions needed!

I’ll try to keep it short. My ex and I have been divorced for 2 years. We have 2 daughters. My eldest is 14. My ex’s new wife is moving her 18 year old nephew in. I know there is an age gap here but, hormones. My kids spend every other weekend there. This really concerns me! Can I stop this? Should I even be worried?
