So much pain 😭

My SO and I had sex Sunday morning and I've been having the worst contractions ever since! figured I over did it yesterday which is why I am so sore today.... every contraction that I have had is super painful and last defiantly longer than 45 seconds.... but they aren't not consistent enough... I had to leave work today because of it... ugh 1 more week then I'm being induced but this pain is starting to get really hard to ignore or function
