So frustrated and disappointed

Can i just say how frustrating and disappointing this is?? AF is due today. For the past week I’ve had sore boobs, light cramps off and on (only on my left side), moody and 1 week today i had 2 light pink spots and nothing since. Usually have have bad cramps when AF is due. Why does TTC and TWW have to be so stressful and disappointing? 😭😭 I’m starting to feel there’s no hope of babies for us.
