Tongue piercing: hot or grot?

Letting you knkw I’m a 15 year old girl in year 10 and I’ve always loved tongue piercing but my best guy mate of mine has said people who usually have them hang out with the ‘wrong crowd’ 
opinions?

Grot? Lol what the hell does that mean. I don’t like tongue piercings that much. They remind me of the juggalos that went to my high school so maybe that’s the crowd your friend is thinking of too lol. I don’t think they’re bad though? 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe you should wait a few years. You’re young.

i don't mind tongue piercings. I once wanted one but decided not to. some people it can affect their speech and it can cause issues with eatting certain foods. my sister has hers done

I have mine done, think I had mine done when I was 15/16! Just ignore what other people thing, if you like it and you want it, just get it- do what makes you happy! I love mine 👅

I have one and love it. just make sure you want it for you. I never hung out with the wrong crowd having a piercing or tattoo doesn't define you or your. attitude. some advice wait until you can afford it and you are legal age to get it.

Idk what grotty is but ive had mine since i was 18 i love mine and I don’t hang out with the wrong crowd 🤷🏻‍♀️ a piercing isnt going to determine your friends. I will say if you get one to probably switch to a plastic ball because ive chipped two teeth from mine because i hate the plastic balls and keep the metal one in

I think they’re trashy and damaging to your teeth.  I’m not a fan of facial piercings in general although I have a ton of ear piercings so really I guess don’t listen to me.  An opinion is Ike an asshole everyone has one.  If you want a tongue piercing be careful of your teeth since damage is a real risk.  Also make sure you keep it clean. Otherwise good luck and have fun

If you want it get it. You shouldn’t worry about what other people think of it, I got mine pierced when I was about 15/16 and I didn’t hang out with “the wrong crowd” I was actually probably the nerdiest girl😂straight A’s 4.0 GPA! And I didn’t get it for any sexual reason, I got it because it looks cute.

I pierce and I literally try and talk men and women out of it .. they gross me out they duck up ur teeth harbor bacteria 🤢😷 But I'll still stab ya if u insist but grosses me out
