Ok so I have it set up where me and my ex claim our daughter on opposite years. However for over a year now my daughter has been living with me and my boyfriend. It’s my year to claim our daughter but I’m thinking my boyfriend would get more for her. What’s the requirements for claiming a child? It isn’t biologically his but I have full custody and I live with him so he is with her every single day.
