I have some on my back and chest and it makes me so self conscious. I know it’s part of the symptoms of PCOS but do any of you ladies have tricks that can help make it better?
This is going to sound weird, but rub a strawberry on affected areas. It sucks because I can’t reach my own back, but for places you can reach it’s very effective. Fresh and frozen both work, just make a fresh cut to release the juices and rub onto skin. My husband does my back sometimes. Drinking mint tea will help lower the testosterone that causes the acne, too. I also take Ceylon cinnamon for this purpose.
