Is this too slutty/overdressed for a bar???

I dont ever go to the club or bar so I dont know if its appropriate or over dressed for a bar. Any tips to keep it from rising???? Im a little thick so im afraid its going to go up and show my butt!! 😣😣😣 Are the shoes fine or should I go with closed toe pumps?
