So my sister in law has been TTC for 4 yrs now. I have a 4 and 1 yr old and last time when she found out I was pregnant she got super emotional and I know it affected her (she is so sweet, typically very laid pack and easy going and would never cause drama for anything). Regardless she was very supportive throughout pregnancy and loves my daughter. For the last 6 months give or take she has been actively trying through fertility treatments. She had had a few failed IUIs. Last month she had yet another one and was very hopeful. Later that month she got her period. That exact month we got pregnant! So we are expecting again (last two will be 20 months apart!). I do not want to break the news to her and really don’t know how. Also fear that the rest of the family will be wondering why we chose to have another one so soon after so just not looking forward to sharing the news with my family in law in general! Eek!
