I had my 40 week appointment yesterday. He said I was 3cm, I could stretch to a 4 but he wanted to say 3, and about 90-95% effaced. He swept my membranes again, and now I’ve been having painful contractions since the sweep. They’re anywhere from 4-15 minutes apart but all last about a minute long. I’ve been having them all night and haven’t been able to sleep. I’m so exhausted and would do anything to help relieve some pain so I could get some rest 😭 hopefully little man comes soon
