Still trying

I'm 38 and trying to conceive my first child...did all the exams and apparently everything is ok.Been trying for 11 months now..every month is so disappointing and just don't know if I should give up and realise its too late for me...It's such a hard journey that is making me depressed and affecting all my life.Should I just stop trying?hugs to all feeling the same
