should I do it ???

Question

recently I have wanted to pursue a modeling/acting career, however i am always self conscious about my smile and the way i look in pictures. I just got my senior pictures back and I have some that I think look good! Based on these do you ladies think I should pursue my dreams or just let them be?? any input would be appreciated!! (ps they are pictures or pictures so they may look a little grainy)

Here’s my opinion- as someone who HAS been in the industry and refuses to allow my daughter to pursue it until she’s 18 and who is married to someone in the industry....you’re pretty- it’s an average pretty. It doesn’t mean you won’t get work, it means you don’t jump off the page. To combat that you have to bring something to the table- personality. You have to develop that personality and learn to show it to the camera. The joke is always “make love to the camera” but that’s REAL. Doesn’t mean “bedroom eyes” it means learn to project through the camera. 
If you want it as badly as you want to breathe our opinions don’t matter, you’ll get it. You’ll be it. Find your ritual that will propel you to that dream- and live it until you are it.

So I work in film, behind the camera, but I have many friends who are doing really well acting.
My piece of advice would be try auditioning for a conservatory acting program. These are programs that won’t just let anybody who has money in (like a university) they’ll let only the best in, they’ll break you down and build you back up. In Canada, it would be national theatre school or studio 58.
These schools that actually train actors for the industry generally only cost around $4000 a year. Whereas a university that makes you sit in a classroom and teaches you about the history of acting and other useless things will charge $20,000+ a year.
Modelling industry I don’t know much about, you’re pretty but I don’t know about breaking into that industry or the tips and secrets etc.
