advice?
ladies im 39w3d, just had my 39th week appointment and im 2cm Dilated & 65% Effaced. Baby girl had tachicardia (idk how to spell it) but doctors said everything was ok. Im a bit scared since im a FTM. Any advice or tips on how to maybe speed up the labor process??
