What happens at the 20 week appointment??

My 20 week appointment is tomorrow. I’m looking forward to the ultrasound. 
What should I expect from this appointment? Just the anatomy scan?

Long, detailed ultrasound ( my favorite appointment ) the tech will take pictures of babys organs and extremities and if you don’t know already, gender! They can’t tell you what looks “normal” or healthy but they can tell you what they are looking at. It’s fun to watch baby dance and wiggle. Sometimes baby will corporate and other times they won’t and you may need to go back. After ultrasound your doctor will review with you if everything looks good or if they have any concerns. Enjoy!

scan, maybe a visit with your doc. they review the scans for any abnormalities. heart beat is usually checked during ultrasound. they weighed me and did some extra blood work for my gestational diabetes but that was it.
