I usually start testing the 2nd day of my ovulation period.

The top of the box has a chart to let you know when to start testing based on your cycle length. It’s all just a guess so if you get any o symptoms those should help out in knowing if o is on the way and to start testing. My o symptoms are cramping, sore boobs, backache and sometimes acne.
