really struggling to breastfeed at night..

i feel like a zombie now🧟‍♀️ baby is one month old and constantly feeding every 1-2 hours at night and feel like she latches harder at night its painful.. and she would feed up to 30mins or more in each breast im a first time mom and i dont know if i can keep going my body is giving up i dont have sleep at night anymore and in day time i would just sneak some short naps i dont know what to do i really dont wanna stop breastfeeding but its so frustrating and it makes me cry every night
