Sore gums sign of pregnancy?
I’ve been experiencing lower back pain that recently just stopped, big appetite , sometimes headaches, off and on cramps, frequent urination and sometimes dizziness when I stand up , with a lot of thick milky white discharge and randomly my gums in the back of my teeth got swollen and bleeds . What’s goin on ?
