I am having trouble finding research on this so please help me out. I miscarried about a month ago, I was 11 weeks 3 days pregnant. It was my first pregnancy. We had sex about a week and a half later. Now I’m feeling a lot of symptoms and I don’t know if it’s hormones ramping down or back up.... I have been emotional and admittedly a bit irrational. My nose is runny and my throat is sore. I have two monster red zits that lie below the skin and hurt, and for the last two nights I’ve had continuous heartburn from hell. I have been getting some pangs in my pelvic area on and off as well....

Thoughts? How long do hormones act crazy?
