In an 8 hour work shift, how many times do you pump?

I’m just getting back to work, my first week was rough but now I have a schedule. It’s getting better, as I’m sticking to it because I fear my supply decreasing due to inconsistency.

We have a schedule and have stuck to it for the six months I've been back at work.  
I feed my Lil Dude at roughly 4:30am before he goes to daycare at 7:15am and I go to work at 7:30am.  At work I pump at 9:30am and 1:30pm.  His schedule fluctuates with his naps, but those are roughly the times I would feed him at home.
We try to mimic what we do at home and it works fine for us.  Best of luck Mama!  You can do it!

I nurse her an hour before I left, would pump on my way to work, twice at work and then hold out if I could because she would want to nurse the SECOND I walked thru the door.

I pump every 2 hours at work making sure my last pump is 2 hours before I leave so I can nurse when I get home.

Feel free to comment on how many bottles you’re able to make or any other relevant advice 
My plan now is every 3 hours. If when I get to my son he’s hungry, I take milk that I’ve already prepared. The issue I’m currently having at work is that I don’t stay on my 3 hr Mark due to this or that. I try my hardest though! 
I’ve been leaving work with 3 or 4 4/5 oz prepared. Idk if this is a lot or a little bit as it’s my first time doing all this. 
Also with work I’m trying to remember to drinks lots of water and to eat! I feel like I pump and work only without having time to myself, but it’s no complaints because this is my obligation. Just don’t want my supply to go.
