Hi! My baby girl was diagnosed with a mild case of eczema around 3 months old. We have tried bunch of things and figured out a working regimen after a month or so. Since then, all dry scalpy patches on elbows, knees, cheeks.. removed and she doesn’t have any rashes anymore however she is still scratching herself pretty bad. She has bunch of scratch marks on her legs especially on her thighs and belly. Besides she scratches my boobs, arms face a lot while breastfeeding which makes me think that she doesn’t have eczema anymore but she has a thing for scratching in general. She loves to scratch on different fabrics, surfaces as well. I trim and file her nails couple times a week but it doesn’t seem to protect her skin getting scratched to bleed. Does anyone have a similar problem? Can she still have eczema without any visible skin reaction?
