Unsupportive family

I think I have aniexty because simplest things freak me out and I’m 18 and want to get help from it and I’ve been having panic attacks ever since I ran remember it runs in my family ... but my mom thinks that if I have aniexty I can’t handle a 4 year college and her opinions are ignorant to say the most.

I’m just sick of feeling anxious about everything like I feel like I can’t even walk in the field to graduate next month with my class :((?
