So my ex started using his visitation rights in January for the first time after 2 years of having no contact with the kids. His last visitation was Mother’s Day weekend, his girlfriend picked them up Friday and brought them to her work (a restaurant) where they sat for 4 hours! Then on Saturday, they ran errands and then my kids (ages 11 and 15) sat in his apartment alone for several hours, while he was at work until 9 pm. They were then dropped off back home around 8 am Sunday. When I found this out I told him that I was not okay with this and he should not have the kids if he is going to be working and not have time for them. Fast forward to this weekend... my older son is going on a fishing trip with my dad, which my son worked out with my ex, but my ex says he wants to take my younger son, but refuses to tell me if he will be working...

I don’t have money for a lawyer, anyone else have experience with this and have advice?
