hazardous job for baby?!

Heidi • ttc #1, miscarriage 07/17, 11/17, and 01/18. beginning my clomid journey. 2 iui, waiting impatiently for a positive!!

I work in radiology, therefore my job is a risk to any pregnancy that I may have. to add to the trouble, I've had 3 miscarriages in the last year. trying again, with RE, clomid, progesterone, and thyroid meds. my question is...how to approach work, who to tell, and when. I know I can't be 100% excited if I get a bfp as the poor thing may not stick around. people at work, a good number of them, are terribly gossipy, nosey, but don't care to ask how I'm actually doing through everything. I'm trying to not be a subject of work talk. ugh. I don't know what to do. most of management is trustworthy. they even got me a second radiation badge to wear, so I don't have to tell until I'm comfortable, but baby is still being monitored. how do I approach the situation when I'm forced to be in radiation when I'm with someone I don't trust with my privacy????
