42 weeks pregnant with twins??

I know a girl who is claiming to be 42 weeks pregnant with twins. Her due date was May 7th. She’s claiming that the dr is going to do a C-section on May 30th IF the placenta isn’t in the way bc the babies are moving downward to prepare for a natural birth.

I personally think she’s full of crap and doesn’t want to admit she didn’t get pregnant when she says she did (break up drama around that time that would make the timing seemingly impossible unless her bf isn’t the dad). The babies supposedly have IUGR and are both right at 3 pounds. I think she’s just lying and shes not as far along as she says. She also has fake ultrasounds (found them on google reverse image search) so something has always been fishy!

Anyways, is there any way that she’s telling the truth??
