Does this mean labor is about to take place or an old wives tale? whats up??

ive had Diarrhea for like 2 weeks now what the heck is going on... baby due in 10 days now. im sick of google telling me a million different things. what do u think?? and drink water like I'm supposed to in my diet hasn't changed to only fruit and water so what's the deal second baby first one after 10 years no solid poops flu like symptoms but I'm not sick at all
