I have a very large 22 month old. He is 29 pounds and larger than most 2 year olds. He is wanting a little freedom in the pool. His brother's old puddle jumper fits him snugly, but I don't know if he will be able to figure it out. The weight requirement is 30-50 and I will never be more than a foot or two away from him in the water. Should I give it a shot? I am not worried about him drowning, I am hypervigilant in the water, just afraid he will flip and it will make him terrified of the water.
