Pregnant by my ex

So my ex and I dated on and off for about 5 years. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and we weren’t dating when I conceived. We don’t get along half the time and always argue. We currently have each others numbers blocked and social media blocked. I feel so alone and depressed. He does want to be a father to our baby though. Anyone else going through this? How are you dealing with it?
