1 year old with fever...Moms help!!

My baby has been under the weather for 3 days now, it began her just generally acting like she didn’t feel goo. Sleeping hard, always eating and drinking/peeing, then the last 30 hours she’s been running temps between 99.5-102.4. I’ve been alternating Tylenol and Motrin because she was having breakthrough fevers. She has no other symptoms. No respiratory or GI symptoms, she eats... although it’s less frequent right now, she’s wetting diapers but she looks like she feels like pure crap. She’s not drooling or chewing which makes me feel like it’s not her teeth. I don’t know what In the world is causing her fevers. Has anyone experienced this?
