Implant

My friend recently got the implant at the end of March and hasn’t had a break from her period since she had to get the implant due to changing her medication for epilepsy she is always having major mood swings and feeling paranoid about things also she thinks she has gained some weight... it’s a difficult situation to be on the pill because of her epilepsy that’s why she had to get the implant and she was wondering if she should give it a chance or get it removed?
