Normal to get a random panic attack?

36 weeks and 3 days, all of sudden last night i got a panic attack over thinking my bathroom wasn’t clean. When i just cleaned it that afternoon🤦🏽‍♀️ it was really bad i was hyperventilating now may i also say I don’t much care for an overly clean bathroom i clean it but its like i scrubbed it for 2-3minutes its fine. But no this was like Is it clean? I don’t think its clean! Like my mind was going crazy. I never have panic attacks haven’t in a few years. And it wasn’t over cleaning lol

Yes, around 30 weeks I got HORRIBLE anxiety. To the point that I felt like I could throw up at any given moment. The best way to describe it was like I was about to give a giant speech in front of thousands of people, but I felt like that all day. I was worried I was going to have to take medication or something cause I didn’t know if it was bad for the baby. It lasted for a week and then I started to feel better. It was so weird.

Yes I’ve been like that for two months now and my husband keeps saying ‘I’m nesting’ 🙄 but in reality I have a 15 month old, a baby on the way, and two huge dogs and I feel like my house isn’t clean enough and it drives me crazy! I never used to be like that lol
