I don’t see why it would not be safe, it’s just defatted and dehydrated peanuts. I eat it fairly often and am pregnant. Don’t try to mix it with water and use it as peanut butter, it’s not very good. It’s great in smoothies. Mixed with yogurt it makes a pudding consistency that is delicious.
