Tattoo help

I will get the first one without the stem . I will also be adding the birth flowers of people of significance in my life . Like my children’s and my grandmothers for memorial. Also getting on my outer upper thigh. Bonus question my tattoo artist charges 185 and hour works relatively fast how much do you think it will cost ? I’m obviously going to contact him once I choose just curious what you ladies think.
